Roll Limitless Mini

Amazing buy !!!! Bought one previously but there was no casing on the chip so it was very fragile and with the kids playing rockband too, it didn't last too long. Now they come with a hard case in a choice of colours. With the new casing this is a must buy for anyone still playing rockband. It works perfectly with my nitro kit ?

First and foremost I'd like to say the customer support is the absolutely amazing. I wasn't sure which product I needed so I sent a message outlining what instruments & system I had. I got a very detailed response back that same day and even messaged back and forth several times that day before I ordered. My RL Mini got here very quick and I was jamming on my Rock Band drums in less than 5 minutes! Thank you again Book for taking the time to make sure I was well informed before purchase.

I am a lefty, so the notorious glitch has haunted me for years. No more. I was able to flip my rock band drums/cymbals for a used Alesis Nitro kit and the Roll Mini with money to spare. This little gizmo has made me so happy.
For any other lefties here are the MIDI settings I used for each pad —
Cymbals: 49 / 54 / 53
Pads: 39 / 48 / 47 / 43
Kick: 36
Pause: 10

So to start off, I just want to say THANK YOU to the creator of this amazing little gadget for justifying my incredibly foolish financial decision to buy an Alesia Nitro Max kit, as my Alesis Nitro Mesh had to bid its farewell to me after a long 6 years of constant thrashing on it. I was very worried about how the connection process for USB-B to a Xbox Series X was going to go considering that, before running into this site due to an old post on r/RockBand got my attention, there was almost nothing to go off of. After doing some “light” research, I decided that the RL Mini was the way to go and to trust the process. After getting my kit and the RL in the mail (on the same day as my new kit by some “miracle”, but I just view it as great customer service so thank you!) I watched the guide over like 15 times just to make sure I didn’t mess up. After getting it set up in 2 minutes, it worked perfectly with no hiccups on the adapters side of things, I sure made plenty of mistakes on my end with the drum kit BUT that’s just user error. At the end of the day I was a bit sad after getting it all going flawlessly because I thought about all the money I had spent on adapters before getting this RL mini in my life and why I hadn’t done it sooner. Thank you so much for, not only being a great guy and a lifesaver, but for doing the community a great service with these machines. All in all, if reading my love note as a review doesn’t sell it at all, just take the rest of the positive reviews on here as evidence enough to trust these miracle machines. You won’t regret it!

Great adapter that works beautifully. Follow the directions and you'll be drumming perfectly in no time. Take your time to map your midi out and calibrate and go. This works exactly as advertised. Should've purchased sooner.

Finally got my Alesis Nitro Max + Xbox Series X + RB4 setup hooked up and it's mostly been pretty great. I have had a couple of times where my drums seem to have disconnected after being idle just a few minutes, but it could be the edrums or the old usb hub I'm using. Easily reconnected anyway. So happy to be drumming again!

The RL Mini is one of the best devices for playing games like Rock Band or Guitar Hero, it has no latency (~1ms) and is super varied; the price is very good for everything it offers, usb drums, guitars, microphones, even rocksmith firmware, and so much more, aaaaand the customer support it's one of the best there is. lowk a 10/10
